In Art, we have looking at the work of Yinka Shonibare, an Nigerian artist who uses African and European influences in his work. We focused on the patterns and colours used in his work and had a go at paper weaving to create similar styles and patterns in our own work. We enjoyed looking at the different patterns and styles he used and incorporating them into our own work.
