In Year 2, we have been reading Sammy Feels Shy. Just like Sammy, we learned that it’s okay to feel nervous when sharing something about ourselves. To help us celebrate who we are, we created these bright and funny self-portraits. Using just one continuous line, we drew our faces in a playful way before adding bold blocks of colour to make them stand out. Our portraits show that everyone is unique and that being ourselves is something to be proud of.
