In RE we have been learning that Jesus called himself and his disciples the ‘light of the world.’ We made Christingles, with the orange representing the world, the sweets representing the four seasons and the red ribbon representing the blood of Christ. We turned off the lights and lit up our glow sticks. Finally we sang a catchy song about the symbolism of the Christingle!
