This week in Humanities we have been learning about Amy Johnson’s historic flight from London to Australia. The children learned all about her route and the amount of days it took her! Afterwards, the children loved following detailed instructions to make paper plane origami. We then got out in the sun and imagined ourselves being Amy Johnson and flying to the land down under.
