In Year 2 this week we have been trying to help the dog from the ‘Smartest Giant in Town’ to cross the bog. We investigated how far materials of 5cm could be stretched.  We each had a role in the investigation, including stretcher, holder, marker, measurer and data collector. We predicted that the elastic band would be the stretchiest, but in fact found that it was the balloon!
