This week, Rev Laura told us the story of Doubting Thomas from John 20: 24-29. Thomas (also known as Didymus) doubted that Jesus was risen and said that he needed to touch Jesus’ wounds in order to be certain. Jesus let Thomas touch his wounds and said, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” Rev Laura told us that doubt is a natural part of the journey of faith and how the famous preacher Billy Graham said, “The day I don’t doubt is the day I die.”
