Look at the beautiful Christingles. These were made in each class this week, for children to take to our Candlemas service. A Christingle symbolises Jesus as the light of the world. Our Christingles consisted of an orange (representing the world), a red ribbon (to represent the blood of Christ / His love), four cocktail sticks with sweets (to represent the seasons / fruits of creation) and a glow stick to represent the light of Jesus.
