As part of our World Book Day celebrations, Year 2 visited Waterstones Islington to choose their special £1 books using their World Book Day tokens. The children were very excited to explore the shelves, browse a variety of stories and select books that caught their interest. They also enjoyed a story session in the bookshop, where they listened carefully and enthusiastically joined in. We also bought our very own class book, chosen by Year 2.
