Year 2 had a wonderful visit to The National Gallery, where they became real art detectives for the day! The children explored famous paintings, shared their ideas and looked closely at the tiny details hidden in each artwork. They enjoyed moving around the galleries, spotting characters, telling stories about what they saw, and learning how artists use colour and light. It was an inspiring trip which sparked lots of curiosity and creativity!
