This Thursday, during choosing time, we made and decorated a shop. It was Levi’s idea at first, then we all wanted to join in! Many of the children had roles such as builders, managers and a baker; some children even changed their names and invented their jobs! The children collaborated and overcame the fun challenges that occurred! During Literacy, we started reading a story all about a girl who wants to SPLASH in the sea – ‘Splash Anna Hibiscus’ – so we’ve overlearnt and performed ‘The Sailor went to Sea’ and explored water play in our continuous provision. Well done, Reception Superstars!!!
