For Family Friday this week, we continued our Science learning about how animals grow and change. We focused especially on humans and what we need to stay healthy and strong. We had fun sorting play food into the five food groups and we looked at the Eat Well Plate to help us understand how much of each type of food we should eat. We noticed that the size of each section on the plate shows how much of that food we should have in a healthy, balanced diet.
